Joshua and the Israelites are right on the edge of the Promised Land after 40 years of wandering in the wilderness. God instructs them to get ready and consecrate themselves, as he is about to miraculously lead them across the river into their new land. We may be eager to move on and even experience the miracles of God, but what might it mean for us to consecrate ourselves in readiness for it?
