B-FIT

We’re so excited to launch our six-week, women's only, B-FIT course.

B-FIT will kick off on 2nd November and promises to pack a punch. So get ready to sweat with some funky beats and your best Bhangra and Bollywood moves.

DETAILS
The classes will be held at Southampton Lighthouse International Church. Each session is £3 pay as you go.

All you will need is a bottle of water and some good trainers. No previous dance experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome

This class is for women (16 years and over) only. Classes start at 8pm and will be 45 minutes long.
